While we certainly support Cloud Claims and MIR Express, we’ll continue to support our customers who use our Incident Management System (IMS) and our Electronic First Report (eFR) by whatever means they choose — phone, email, web meetings, or screen sharing. The capabilities of those products will be migrated to Cloud Claims, as will the customers who use them. Until then, we’ll continue to support them as we always have.
